Information we collect

Why we use it

Service providers and access

Information may be processed through our website hosting, database, and email providers, currently including Vercel, Supabase, and Google Gmail. Access is limited to authorized SIGLATECH personnel who need the information to review or respond to the inquiry. These providers may process data outside the Philippines under their own security and contractual safeguards.

Website analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand overall site traffic, such as how many people visit and which pages are viewed. This tool does not use cookies and does not collect names, email addresses, or other information that identifies you individually. It only informs aggregate, anonymized visit counts.

Retention

Unconverted inquiry records are reviewed for deletion after 12 months. Records may be retained longer when needed for an active client relationship, an agreed project, legal or accounting obligations, dispute resolution, or security investigation.

Your choices and rights

You may ask whether we hold your information and request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or another action available under applicable Philippine privacy law. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. You may also raise a concern with the National Privacy Commission.

Security and sensitive information

We use access controls, server-side validation, and restricted database access. No internet service can promise absolute security. Do not submit passwords, one-time codes, government IDs, payment details, medical information, student records, or confidential client files through the public inquiry form. We will arrange a more appropriate channel if sensitive project information is necessary.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as our systems and services change. The latest version and effective date will remain available on this page.
