Leads client discovery, requirements, scope decisions, development direction, deployment planning, and early-stage technical delivery for SIGLATECH projects.
Coordinates project plans, task tracking, decision records, client updates, and delivery milestones for approved SIGLATECH work.
Supports records, requirements notes, payment milestones, handover documents, and other approved admin needs during the project.
Design, content, QA, integrations, or security review support may be added only when the client scope requires that specialist capability.
After discovery, SIGLATECH identifies the roles required for the approved scope, confirms availability and written responsibilities, then shares the project owner and relevant support roles with the client. No public title alone grants ownership, partnership, employment status, or decision rights.
